Check - in: You must check in upon arrival, but not before 1:00p.m.
Check - out: Check out time is 12:00 p.m. All guest who are registered for one month or longer must check out through the office before departure. ALL CHECK OUTS WILL BE PROCESSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS ONLY AND NOT BEFORE THE CHECKOUT DATE.
Vehicles: Each space is for one RV and no more than 2 non-livable. No washing of RV's or vehicles and no servicing or mechanical repairs allowed. Park your vehicles end-to-end on site. Street must be left open for emergency vehicles. No storage around or under unskirted RV's. SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH. (POSITIVELY NO PARKING ON STREET) All vehicles must be registered and licensed.
Special Care: Water and sewer hose connections must be leak proof and airtight (90 degree or donut connector). Rubbish must be securely bagged and placed inside designated receptacles. Please keep your site free of all litter, weeds and dog droppings. Renter is responsible for maintaining and returning space to original condition when vacating. If there are any problems regarding you space upon arrival, please notify management immediately.
Visitors: Daytime and overnight guest must register and pay guest fees. The registered tenant must accompany visitors at all times when using resort facilities. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Smoking: NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN PARK BUILDINGS
Pool and Spa Area: No food or beverages allowed in the pool or spa. No running or diving in or around the pool or spa. Proper swimming attire is required. All guest and children must be accompanied and supervised by resident.
Guest Parking Area: This area is not for park residents. It is for you guest only Check park map for locations.
MANAGEMENT
Rules and Regulations: Manager reserves the right to make changes in rules and regulations in the best interest of the resort. We want to make you stay a pleasant, fun and safe experience. If something is not right please bring it to our attention.
Liability: Desert Skies RV Resort & Park Model Community and it's management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, wind, flood or any cause. Physical damage and liability coverage is the responsibility of each guest or visitor for their RV and other vehicles Rental space remains under the control of the resort manager.
Dog Rules: Available at check in. Note unusually noisy or vicious dogs will not be tolerated. Immediate eviction will follow any dog bite or attack. You will be liable for any property damage caused by your dog.
