Desert Skies RV Resort offers large 33' x 46' lots, each lot has an 11' x 40' concrete patio. The resort is paved with blacktopped roads. 20,30, and 50 AMP service available at all sites. We have shuffleboard courts and horseshoe pits. Our billiard room has four tables. The library/computer room is set up so you can check your e-mail. The laundry with 16 washers and 16 gas dryers is immaculate. Bulletin board, guest parking, and propane are all available.Our community welcomes you with different rate plans making Desert Skies the ideal place to retire, vacation or make your winter home. Monthly and Annual rates include: Tax, water, sewer, cable TV and full use of all facilities. Electricity is metered separately at $0.10 per kilowatt. Daily and Weekly rates include: Tax, water, sewer, cable TV, electricity, and full use of all facilities.
$5.00 per day late fee on monthly and annual after 5 day grace period. All rates are based on one or two people and are subject to change without notice. Cost for additional people are: Daily & Weekly: $3.00 per person, per day; Monthly and Annual: $65.00 per person, per month. Any additional guest staying over night or using facilities must pay $3.00 per person per day with a maximum of 6 people allowed per site. Only one recreational vehicle per site is allowed. You may have up to two motorized vehicles per site which may include boats, motorcycles and four wheelers. All vehicles must be self contained and be RVIA approved. Specific site requests are never guaranteed. All vehicles 10 years or older must be inspected by management.
